      nope, see what happened with me-
      yesterday(25 july) it was working with PD Proxy (using UDP ports) And it was giving very great speed and data was not deducing from my 3g account.
      then today (26 july) it stoped working, then i connect it using PD Proxy TCP port 53 and it works for an hour and then stoped again. now neither UDP ports are open nore TCP ports. and networking is showing no network access.

      i will keep visiting your blog for new trick. thanks
